Privacy policy

Prodemo is run by legal name and address to come. This policy covers the Prodemo website and service. A plainer account of the same things is on What we store.

What we collect and why

• Account details: your email address, to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
• App sessions: the cookies, site storage and local database of an app you choose to connect, so the service can act in that app as you. Kept encrypted for 7 days from sign-in.
• Videos: recordings you ask for, kept for 7 days.
• Activity records: the tools used, elements targeted, page addresses, timings and errors for each request, to operate and improve the service.

We do not collect your app passwords, and we do not keep the content of the pages the service works on.

Who we share it with

• Fly.io, which hosts the service in London, United Kingdom.
• Supabase, which provides sign-in and holds account details in the United States.
• Anthropic, only in the sense that page structure and screenshots are sent to Claude within your own Claude conversation, under your agreement with Anthropic.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

App sessions and videos are deleted after 7 days. Account details and activity records are kept until you delete your account.

Your choices

You can delete a saved app session, or your whole account with everything held for it, from your dashboard at any time. To see or correct what we hold about you, write to contact address to come.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
